What happens if my child doesn't like the letter? Can I get a refund?

If your child doesn’t like one of our tooth fairy’s letters, expect tears and gnashing of teeth. Not by your child -- we desperately hope -- but by the tooth fairy who wrote the letter. Our tooth fairies might be a lot of things -- oblivious, forgetful, mischievous -- but one thing they’re not is apathetic. They work hard to write these letters, so when these disappoint, they take it personally.

Frankly, we wish they weren’t such sensitive souls and could separate their personal worth from their professional responsibilities. We’ve tried to explain how it's more beneficial to spend money on training and development instead of on tissues. But that suggestion didn’t go over so well, resulting in -- big surprise -- another order for more tissues.

But, we digress.

In answer to your question, yes, we will definitely refund your money if your experience with these letters has been less than satisfactory. See details below.

Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your letter purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email within 72 hours to notify you that we have received and processed your refund request. After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment and should show up within a few days.

Please submit your refund request in the form below.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here again.
